Paper straws are the most widely adopted plastic-free straw alternative in the foodservice industry. Made from 3-ply food-grade paper with a water-resistant inner layer, they hold their shape in cold and hot drinks for 2–4 hours without going soggy — the extra plies are what keep a paper straw from collapsing mid-drink. Available in kraft brown, white, black, and full-color striped designs, all made from food-contact-compliant paper (FDA / EU food contact standards).

Plant-Based. Crystal Clear. Built for Boba.
PLA (polylactic acid) straws are made from plant-based materials (corn or sugarcane) and look and feel like plastic — but unlike petroleum straws, they are designed to be industrially compostable. They hold firm in cold drinks and stay stable up to roughly 85°C, so they don't soften the way a paper straw can. Available in standard 6–8mm diameters for regular drinks and wide 10–12mm for bubble tea and boba. Made from food-contact-compliant PLA (FDA / EU); compostability documentation is available on request.
