Our paper lunch boxes are designed for high-volume food service operations. The rectangular format maximizes space efficiency in delivery bags and refrigerated display cases. Each box ships flat and assembles in under 3 seconds -- no glue, no tools.

Available in natural kraft brown or white board, with PE, PLA, or aqueous inner coating. Each box features an integrated flip-top lid with snap-lock closure -- no separate lid required, giving you a complete one-piece packaging solution.

What sizes are available for your paper lunch boxes?

We offer 7 standard sizes from 400ml to 2100ml: 400ml (134x102mm top), 500ml (150x100mm), 700ml (168x118mm), 900ml (170x135mm), 1200ml (200x136mm), 1600ml (208x151mm), and 2100ml (220x170mm). Custom sizes are available with a minimum order of 50,000 pcs.

What coating options are available?

We offer three coating options: PE (polyethylene) for reliable moisture and heat resistance, PLA (polylactic acid) for compostable eco-friendly applications, and Aqueous (water-based) coating for PFAS-free grease resistance with better recyclability.

Can I get custom printing on the lunch boxes?

Yes. We support 1-6 color flexographic printing and full-color digital printing on kraft or white paper. You can print your logo, brand colors, and custom artwork. Free design review and digital proof are included. MOQ for custom printing follows the coating tier: PE coating 30,000 pcs, PLA and Aqueous coating 50,000 pcs.

Do your paper lunch boxes come with a lid?

Yes. Our kraft paper lunch boxes feature an integrated flip-top lid (one-piece construction). The lid is attached to the box body and secured with a top snap-lock or tuck-lock mechanism -- no separate lid is required. Optional window panels (PET film inset) are available on select sizes for food visibility.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by coating: PE coating starts at 30,000 pcs; PLA and Aqueous coating start at 50,000 pcs. For custom printed boxes, MOQ follows the same coating-based tiers. Mixed-size orders are available with a combined MOQ of 50,000 pcs.

Are your lunch boxes microwave-safe?

PE-coated and Aqueous-coated boxes are not recommended for microwave use. PLA-coated boxes are also not microwave-safe. For microwave-safe packaging, please inquire about our PP-coated options.

What certifications do your lunch boxes carry?

Our paper lunch boxes are certified to FDA (US food contact), LFGB (EU food contact), and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) standards. SGS and BRC audit reports are available upon request.
